Five rules we hold ourselves to.

    We sell business advantage.

    AI is the mechanism. Better decisions, stronger margins, more productive teams and new revenue are the outcomes. If a session cannot be tied to one of those, it is cut.

    It stays practical.

    The audience is executives. Demonstrations show what is possible. Nobody is taught to write prompts or configure a model.

  3. 03

    The assessment has to be worth it on its own.

    It is the bridge between an interesting two hours and a working relationship. You leave with something you can take to your board whether or not you go further.

  4. 04

    Every week produces something.

    A decision, an insight, a business case or a deliverable. Programmes that end in a certificate are not what we do.

  5. 05

    Examples come from businesses like yours.

    Professional services, retail, agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing. What changes for ordinary operations, rather than what changes for a software company.
